Scheduled - On Monday, October 12th and Tuesday, October 13th, between 4:00pm and 6:00pm PDT, we will be performing upgrades to our mail system. As a part of this scheduled maintenance, access to email via our webmail service and email applications may be intermittent or unavailable. We will keep this post up to date as the maintenance progresses.

2月前 DreamCompute API Maintenance

Scheduled - On August 18th, between at 8:00 am and 8:00 pm Pacific, we’ll be updating our OpenStack API endpoints to API v3. During this maintenance window our OpenStack APIs will be inaccessible as we upgrade the operating system and configuration management system powering them.

While there should be no downtime for most Virtual Machines on DreamCompute, public traffic to private-IP-only Virtual Machines (not a common configuration) will be interrupted for approximately 5 minutes.

If you use OpenStack client software, ensure that it’s up-to-date and API v3-savvy, as API v2 will no longer be compatible following the completion of the maintenance. We will keep this post up to date throughout the day as the maintenance progresses.

Please note, this maintenance and change only affects our DreamCompute services; shared, VPS, DreamPress, and other core services will remain unaffected.
